 How to slow down Aging:

Aging is a natural body decaying process and one can not stop it but on some extent we can slow down the aging process by taking care of what we are eating, what we are thinking, our daily routin,our sleeping habits and some other things. So today being a Dr I'll share some tips with you guys to slow your aging process and look younger for a longer period of time.So let's begin 😊

◼Eating Habits:




1. The most important thing is what you are eating and how much you are eating.
Please follow simple rule;
▪️Don't overeat. Divide your meals in 5 to 6 portions as breakfast, breaktime,lunch,snacktime and dinner and try to eat five to six times in a day but in less portions of food so you can avoid overeating by dividing your meals.
What to eat and what to avoid?


▪️Drink a lot of  water. 8 glasses are must for normal body function but if you want to look younger then you have to drink plenty of water.
▪️Try to use organic products in your diet. Avoid taking synthetic and artificial products.



▪️Add more vegetables and fruits in your diet.
▪️Try not to take salad in your dinner.


▪️Add meat and pulses in your dinner because these are the good source of proteins and proteins are building block of our body and help to delay the aging process.
▪️Avoid white bread in your meals.It has Maida in it which is not good for health.Instead of this you can use brawn bread.


▪️Avoid cold drinks as much as you can.
▪️Avoid too much consumption of beverages,alcohol and stop smoking.
▪️Try to avoid tea and coffee.
▪️The most important thing is cut down white sugar from your life.Believe me it is poison for you so please stop taking it.Use instead brown sugar but also in less quantity. Simply the lesser sugar in your diet the slower will you get aged.
▪️Try to use curd in your every meal except dinner.
▪️Avoid too much bakery goods.


▪️Must add eggs in your diet.
Important skin care tips to slow down aging:


▪️Must use sunblock even you are indoor.
▪️Use retinol based night creams.
▪️Moisturize your skin with a good moisturizer.
▪️Use vitamin C and E serums.
Sleeping habits:


▪️Go to your bed on time.Take atleast 7 hours of sleep and please don't look at your phone atleast half an hour before going to bed.
Exercise and yoga:


▪️Try to do workout on daily basis but if you have busy lifestyle then try that you are working out thrice in a week atleast.
▪️Do yoga and meditation of 5-10 daily.
Not but not the least is:
Think positive.
Surround yourself with positive people.
Stay away from negative people.
Always smile even if you are sad.
 Stay positive stay hydrated and stay calm is all you need for your good mental health.
