How should my Plate look like/how to maintain weight.


How to maintain body weight and which type of food must take in diet and the portion of each type of food which we must take.



 Hello everyone. 

As we all know today's main problem that almost everyone is facing is Obesity (weight gain). Everyone wants to look slim and beautiful. But they don't know how to maintain their weight and what type of food must include in meal.


You can't take only one type of food. Your plate must contain all food types so that you can maintain your body weight without disturbing normal body functions.


So today I'm gonna share a perfect plate of meal which will help you in maintaining your weigh.


Ok so your plate must look like this;



30% Vegetables (Salad)

20% proteins 

20% fruits

15% Carbs

10% Probiotics

5% Good fats


1. Vegetables:

Any kind of vegetable you can take but most important is SALAD ,broccoli, spinach, cucumber, capsicum, cauliflower etc.


2. Proteins:

Meat

Chicken 

Legumes and pulses

Fish

Beans

Paneer

Eggs


3. Fruits:

Low sugar fruits or any fruit which you can easily afford.


4. Carbs:

Brawn bread

Rice 

Chipati

Roti


5. Probiotics:

Curd

Pickles

Kimchi

Sourdough bread


6. Good Fats:

Avocados 

Egg yolk

Cheese 

Nuts

Dark chocolate 

Coconut oil 

Full fat yogurt
